About Me

You know that person you meet who you feel like you’ve known all your life & you feel totally seen by? 

The ones who can see past your insecurities and the defensive mechanisms you’ve unconsciously developed to protect yourself from all the times you were hurt? 

She’s the one you call when you need to ground back down into yourself, when you’re aching to feel seen for who you truly are after the weight of being misunderstood becomes too heavy to carry. 

We’ve all had them, known them, and have even been them.

I am her.

  • Your Intuitive Soul Alignment Session is a deeply personal experience designed to reconnect you back into your being through energetic grounding practices, intuitive channeling, and embodiment of the insights + guidance that come through for you.

  • ✴ You are feeling stuck - you’re tired of the hustle + grind of society and you’re craving meaningful change but have no idea what to do next.

    ✴ You are in the midst of lots of change & transition in your life and you just want some clarity and guidance about this next stage in your life.

    ✴ You’re new to all of this and aren’t even sure where to begin, but you can feel in your bones that there has to be more. Deep down you’re drawn to this world of healing, growth, mysticism, etc. & you’re ready to explore it.

    ✴ You just want to feel seen & connect with the guidance that’s available to you.

  • In your session, come exactly as you are; You don’t need to know anything about this work beforehand to benefit from it. There are no prerequisites for you to enter into a reading with me, this is a safe & non judgemental space.

    I encourage you to enter your session from a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted for our time together. Depending on the session you book, that can range from 60-90 minutes.

    We will begin with a guided grounding meditation to set your intentions + to cleanse, clear, & protect the space before we enter into channeled activation. From here, we will connect with the energies that present themselves; this may look like Spirit Guides, your Higher Self, Ancestors, etc. If you have a specific question, we will use that as our guide heading into the session.

    During the channeled activation portion of your session, I will channel information and guidance for you and will invite you to share how that resonates for you. We will end the session with 10-15 minutes of integration before closing down.

    At the integration phase of your session, we will discuss how you can embody the guidance that came through for you.

    After your session, I encourage you to sit with the guidance & insights you received. You will leave your session feeling seen, held, & celebrated on your journey so let the energy of that linger for as long as possible.

    The session will be recorded for you to listen back to, you are welcome to take notes if you feel called to but it’s not necessary.
